A MAN using an air gun to kill rats sparked an armed police alert in Rickmansworth.
Police were called at about 2.55pm yesterday (25) after reports of a man acting suspiciously in Tudor Way.
BLOOD donation sessions will be held at St Mary the Virgin Church in Church Street, Rickmansworth, on Saturday, June 11.
Sessions take place from 9.30am - 12.30pm and 2-4pm.

EASTBURY Residents' Association (ERA) will host their Annual General Meeting on Monday, June 6.
County and district councillors and neighbourhood police have been invited to answer questions about the local area.

A CHARITY summer fete organised by residents of a sheltered housing scheme in Rickmansworth takes place next Saturday (4).
The event, hosted by pensioners at Moneyhill Court, in Dellwood, will feature stalls with nearly new items, cakes, a tombola and much more.
Money raised will towards Arthritis Care Watford & District Branch, which encompasses Rickmansworth and is run by volunteers.
The fete takes place outside Moneyhill Court from 11am - 4pm.
