A driver who was four times over the drink driving limit has been disqualified for three years.

Martin Dunmore, 46, of Iveagh Close, Northwood, was arrested on March 2 in Pavillion Way after failing to stop at the scene of a road accident in the car park outside Wickes in South Ruislip.

A breathalyzer test showed he had 149 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the limit is 35 in 100.

At Uxbridge Magistrates Court on Thursday, March 22, Dunmore admitted three separate driving offences.

He was given an 18-week jail term, suspended for 12 months, and compensation costs of £85 in addition to having his licence taken away.
