Northwood man to face trial accused of sexually assaulting nine-year-old girl
A MAN accused of sexually assaulting a nine-year-old girl is to face trial at crown court.
Peter Thomas Cater, 56, of Iveagh Close, Northwood, is charged with intentionally touching a girl on January 1, 2005.
He is also accused of intentionally causing a nine-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity between January 1 and September 30, 2005.
Cater denies the offences and has been remanded in custody until August 12, when he is due to appear at Harrow Crown Court on August 12 for the trial.

Has Peter been granted bail until his next hearing or is he still on remand?

Mr Cater has been remanded in custody until his trial
he has also got to appear on the 23rd of this month to face charges which he pleaded guilty to.
The Trial has began, any news on sentencing yet or is it too early?
