38 GATEHILL ROAD - Part two storey, part single storey rear/side/front extension to include 2 x rooflights to first floor rear, habitable roofspace and basement space, conversion of existing roof space to habitable use to include 2 x rear dormers, 4 x rooflights to front, involving alterations to front porch (flat roof retained) and demolition of existing garage to side and conservatory to rear.
