Northwood Hills man to face trial for alleged gun and CS gas possession
A MAN allegedly found with a gun and CS gas is due to face trial.
Nichali Sixto, of Norwich Road, Northwood Hills, was arrested on March 5 in Hayes, where he is said to have been in possession of a black 30mm pistol.
He denied the offences when he appeared at Harrow Crown Court last Tuesday (31) and is scheduled to face trial at the court on August 22.
However, the court confirmed an application to dismiss the charges will be heard on June 30.
Sixto also admitted a charge of causing damage to a trellis fence at a Hayes property. He is currently remanded in custody.
