Two men charged with grievous bodily harm with intent in Northwood

teahan.jpgTWO men appeared in crown court this morning (16) after being accused of committing grievous bodily harm with intent in Northwood.

The Gazette reported how Kevin Teahan (pictured), 53, was found unconscious with severe head injuries in Hallowell Road, at about 11.45pm on September 6.

Mr Teahan, who is believed to live in Northwood, left the Misty Moon pub in Green Lane at about 11.20pm, and was walking towards Northwood Tube station.

The married father-of-two, who works as a station supervisor for London Underground, remains in hospital but is making a steady recovery.

Jon Currie, 29, of Pantile Walk, Uxbridge, and Dean James Beeton, 28, of Harborne Close, Watford, appeared at Harrow Crown Court today (16) charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.

They have been remanded in custody and are both due to enter a plea at the court next Wednesday (18).

The trial is currently scheduled for February 28 next year.
