ã85 court costs, what a joke, If he killed someone whilst under the influence, then what would the cost be ã86?
If smeone is sentenced whilst under the influence of drink or drugs, then the vehicle should be confiscated and only returned on the payment of ã3k or 50% of the vehicles worth i.e vehicle worth ã30k, ã15k release fee to be paid within a month or the vehicle to be sold and if any compensation due to be paid to any victims.
