£85 court costs, what a joke, If he killed someone whilst under the influence, then what would the cost be £86?

If smeone is sentenced whilst under the influence of drink or drugs, then the vehicle should be confiscated and only returned on the payment of £3k or 50% of the vehicles worth i.e vehicle worth £30k, £15k release fee to be paid within a month or the vehicle to be sold and if any compensation due to be paid to any victims.

This to include company and public operated vehicles.

Should all bus drivers have to take a breathaliser test prior to going on teh road?
