Arrest warrant issued for Northwood Hills teen who failed to attend court
AN ARREST warrant has been issued for a teenager who failed to attend a court hearing after being charged with breaching a suspended sentence order.
Jack Shanahan, 19, of York Road, Northwood Hills, was due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on Friday (23) after being accused of failing to attend community payback on June 24 and July 1 this year.
Shanahan is said to have provided no acceptable written evidence in relation to the absences.
The order was made at the court on June 15 this year after he breached an earlier community order, made after he was convicted of threatening behaviour in December 2008.
