Houses and flats applications get refused

APPLICATIONS to build houses and flats in Northwood have been refused.

An application to build three, two-bedroom terraced houses behind St Matthews Church, in Forge Lane, Northwood, was turned down at the north planning committee yesterday (16).

Another application to build two, two storey buildings each comprising of two, two-bedroom maisonette flats behind 81-93 Hilliard Road, Northwood Hills, was also refused.
