Oasis Lounge is open for coffee

A COFFEE shop run by church volunteers is offering affordable tea and coffee in a relaxing environment perfect for families.

The Oasis Lounge in Northwood Methodist Church, Oaklands Gate, Northwood, has been open for many years and is also available for private hire.

It is open Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10 to midday and is run by volunteers.

As well as tea and coffee there are home made cakes on offer and on Saturdays there is often a wide selection of newspapers to read.

The shop caters for all age groups and has high chairs and toys.
